There seems to be a never-ending number of self-care products claiming to be organic, vegan, all natural, or all of the above. I had a hard time finding products that were actually all natural (and also effective) until I discovered Mellow Bath and Body. Their hand-made soaps, scrubs and soaks are 100% natural and vegan, formulated without nasty chemicals like parabens, preservatives, and sulfates. I buy their Solstice soap, bath soak, and body scrub so I can give myself at-home spa days - it's my favourite way to unwind and release some tension.

What It Feels Like: Organic oats are naturally anti-inflammatory and healing. Adzuki beans revitalize, while gently exfoliating your skin. Lavender and bergamot essential oils relax your mind and soothe the senses. Great for all skin types.
