Refund Policy: Yana offers a full refund on all unopened and unused items within 45 days from purchase, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. For Pillows, an unopened and unused item means a vacuum-sealed product. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Return Policy: Yana offers a partial refund on undamaged, opened items within 45 days of purchase. Customer will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Exchange Policy: Yana offers a full exchange on any damaged items within 45 days of purchase, including the shipping cost to send a replacement item.
