In the instance that the buyer is unhappy with their purchase:
A refund can be issued provided the item(s) are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and $5 restocking fee will be deducted per item over $20.
Shipping costs associated with the purchase will not be refunded.
In the instance that our product is defective:
A replacement item will be sent in exchange as soon as photos are received and confirmed defective.
